The role

At INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas, we are looking for a Front Office Trainee who is eager to learn, develop professionally, and be part of an innovative and dynamic hotel experience. You will support the Reception team in guest service, contributing to ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will work in an international environment where you can develop key competencies in customer service, hotel operations, and incident management, always accompanied by professionals in the sector.

Provide support to the Front Office department in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring close, efficient, and personalized attention to guests, while you acquire knowledge and practical experience in the comprehensive management of hotel reception.
