Technical-Mechanical Commercial Back Office with High English

We are looking for a Sales Back Office professional with training and/or experience in mechanics, hydraulics, industrial maintenance, or related areas, with a high level of English and experience in industrial environments. We value an organized profile, oriented toward detail and with an interest in developing in a technical-sales position with international projection.

You will be responsible for

• Support to the sales team in the management and follow-up of national and international clients.
• Preparing and following up on sales offers.
• Administrative and contractual management of projects and subcontracting agreements.
• Coordination with technical and operations departments for the correct development of projects.
• Order follow-up, documentation, and customer service.
• Participation in tenders and public bids, ensuring compliance with documentary requirements.
• Regular communication in English with international clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Collaboration in business development and customer loyalty actions.

Requirements

• Technical training, with special value placed on Vocational Training (Grado Medio), Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior), or studies related to Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Hydraulics, or similar.
• High level of English (minimum B2-C1) with the ability to operate in international professional environments.
• Previous experience in sales back office, customer service, or technical-sales support positions within the industrial sector.
• Junior candidates with internships or first professional experiences in technical environments will be valued.
• Organized, methodical person with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a predisposition to evolve toward functions with a greater commercial component.
