The role

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join the accounting and finance team in Madrid. You will be responsible for managing key processes related to invoicing and collections in the professional services sector.

What you'll do

Manage the issuance and follow-up of invoices to clients.
Control and record received payments.
Review and reconcile accounts related to invoicing and collections.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing-related issues.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations in all invoicing processes.
Manage refunds and adjustments on client accounts.
Propose improvements to invoicing and collection processes.
