What you'll do

  • Define the Brand Partnerships commercial strategy for the entire portfolio of festivals and events in Iberia.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams and coordinating multiple units and regions, with responsibility for P&L and measurable revenue growth results.

  • Demonstrated ability for public representation and commercial spokesperson role: comfort with brands, industry forums, and C-suite client meetings.
