What we're looking for

Experience leading finance functions in medium or large companies, with management committees, multinational environments, matrices in transformation, and financial automation.
Solid technical knowledge in accounting, Spanish taxation, consolidation, financial planning, treasury, risks, corporate governance, and a high level of English to interact with the corporation.
Previous experience working in a group with multiple companies is indispensable.

Nice to have

Academic background, ideally Business Administration or Economics, with an MBA or a master's in finance. Desirable certifications such as CFA, CIMA, ACCA.

As a strategic partner to the CEO and the Management Committee, you will have to guarantee financial sustainability and maximize the company's value, transforming financial information into strategic decisions for profitable and sustainable growth. You provide a comprehensive, rigorous, and anticipatory vision of economic performance, ensuring reliable, useful, and timely information for the entire organization.

What you'll do

Reporting to the CEO and the VP of Global Markets Finance, your functions will go beyond control; you act by collaborating with all areas to understand the business, jointly building solutions, and guiding decisions that drive profitability, better cash flow, and productivity. Additionally, you will guarantee that financial management in Spain is aligned with the group's standards and policies, strengthening corporate governance and the trust of all stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

1- Lead and develop a high-performance finance organization, including succession planning and the sustainability of the function.

2- Define and lead the company's financial strategy aligned with growth and corporate guidelines.

3- Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with the CEO and various areas to make better decisions.

4- Ensure unique, reliable, and decision-oriented financial information.

5- Guarantee financial sustainability and efficient resource management.

6- Drive excellence and transformation of the finance function.

7- Strengthen corporate governance and ensure alignment with the corporation.

8- Leadership and coordination of a team of 19 people
