The role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to perform key functions within the Accounting and Finance department in the Social and Healthcare sector. This is a permanent position and offers an opportunity to contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Solid Accounting experience.
Knowledge of SAGE or the implementation of an ERP

What you'll do

Financial management control through KPI monitoring, preparation of dashboards, and variance analysis.
Preparation, monitoring, and control of the budget, proposing corrective measures when necessary.
Economic-financial analysis (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and ratios) and preparation of reports for Management.
Profitability analysis and cost optimization to improve business efficiency.
Supervision of monthly closings, ensuring compliance with Group policies and procedures.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Fluent English.
Previous experience in B4 is valued.
Ability to analyze and prepare financial reports.
Skill to manage budgets and perform internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting and financial management IT tools.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
