Factory Director

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Languages: Fluent command of English (the Group's official language). If you also have knowledge of French, that's a great plus!

• Methodology: Solid knowledge and proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing techniques.

• Business Vision: Analytical ability to generate precise operational and financial reports that guide decision-making.

• Management: Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.

• Career Path: More than 10 years of experience in management and leadership roles in demanding industrial environments.

As Factory Director, you will be the strategic and operational engine of our main plant. Your mission will not only be to ensure the numbers add up, but also to inspire a multidisciplinary team to reach its full potential, ensuring a safe, innovative, and highly competitive work environment, while collaborating closely with the Group's Industrial Management.

• Routes, Structures, and Production (an industrial universe covering foams, mattresses, pillows, and bases).

• Raw Material Warehouse and Maintenance.
