What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in consulting / Auditing, or alternatively in financial and non-financial risk areas of first-tier financial entities, with the following competencies:

Skills in the management and analysis of financial and non-financial risks in financial entities.
General knowledge of basic regulations for financial entities (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, AML/KYC, DORA, CSRD, GDPR, etc.)
Knowledge of risk management standards (ISO 31000, COSO framework) and of specific cybersecurity and technological risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
Process evaluation: Mapping of internal processes to detect critical risk points and control needs.
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs): Identifying basic patterns in risk indicators; Generation of periodic reports with standard metrics.
Advanced skills in data analysis and use of tools such as Excel, Power BI.
Familiarity with risk analysis tools, and in particular with Global Suite.
Communication skills and preparation of presentations for Management.
English level B2.

What you'll do

The functions to be developed will consist fundamentally of helping to reinforce within the area:

The design, obtaining, and periodic monitoring of risk metrics (Key Risk Indicators) and their evaluation regarding the Risk Appetite Framework.
The periodic evaluation of the most relevant risks in coordination with the risk owners.
Proposal and monitoring of action plans defined for the treatment of identified risks.
Monitoring of the main risk events.
Support in the processes of evaluation and implementation of new regulations with impact on the area and on the entity.
