The role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the corporate Human Resources department of a multinational industrial company located in Vall d'Uixó. The position requires a very high level of English and offers the opportunity to participate in generalist Human Resources projects within a dynamic and international environment.

What you'll do

Coordination and support for international subsidiaries regarding Human Resources matters.
Monitoring of vacations, leaves, and other personnel administrative tasks.
Review and validation of payroll managed by external providers.
Preparation of HR reports, reports, and indicators.
Collaboration in processes related to prevention, compliance, and organizational improvements.
Participate in personnel selection and hiring processes.
Support in corporate Human Resources procedures and policies.
Participation in internal communication initiatives.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or related areas.
Very high level of English (C1-C2), both spoken and written.
Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
Ability to work with international interlocutors in a multicultural environment.
Organized, autonomous, decisive profile with initiative.
Residence near Vall d'Uixó or availability to commute daily.
Knowledge of the A3 Nómina tool will be especially valued.
