The role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead a Health Center project in Soria, taking responsibility for the technical, economic, and planning execution of the works. The position offers stability and career prospects within a construction company with a wide portfolio of projects nationwide.

Health Center project with a budget of €9M.

What you'll do

Integral management of the works from start to delivery.

Control of costs, deadlines, and quality.

Coordination of production, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Economic monitoring and certifications.

Management of purchasing and contracting.

Relationship with technical management and ownership.

Guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical training (Civil Engineering, ICCP, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar).

Experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or public building projects.

Leadership and team management skills.

Experience in economic control and planning.

Availability to reside in Soria during the execution of the project.
