We are looking for a Shift Manager for a Logistics Center in Vitoria, within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The main objective of the position will be to lead and coordinate the logistics operations of the corresponding shift, ensuring efficiency and quality in the processes.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the shift in the logistics center.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards.
Optimize logistics processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Resolve operational incidents and propose continuous improvements.
Supervise the maintenance of equipment and resources of the logistics center.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper flow of materials and products.
Prepare reports related to the shift's activity.
