Experience in searching for Land for Living use and closing operations.

We are looking for an Expansion Manager - Land & Living for a leading real estate group, with a long track record in investment, development, and asset management and a benchmark positioning in the Spanish market. The company is in a phase of full growth and seeks to incorporate a strategic profile to reinforce its activity in land acquisition and opportunities within the Living segment.

What you'll do

Land Search for Living.
Analyze land acquisition opportunities, evaluating their technical, urban planning, economic, and legal feasibility.
Negotiation with owners and closing of operations.
Perform market studies and comparative analyses of real estate assets.
Prepare reports and presentations to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the planning and development of real estate projects.
Manage databases of information related to land and real estate assets.
Supervise the legal and technical documentation associated with land operations.
Identify risks associated with investments and propose mitigation alternatives.
Participate in meetings with key stakeholders for the advancement of projects.
