• Supervise and optimize all processes related to stock management and product flow within the boutique.
• Ensure the proper functioning of after-sales operations and their alignment with established quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, facilities, and the proper operational condition of the store.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic checks and the application of best inventory management practices.
• Manage administrative processes and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Lead scheduling and the proper allocation of operational resources.
• Supervise loss prevention measures, asset protection, and the security of the boutique.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and contribute to commercial results.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and the implementation of new operational tools and processes.
• Identify optimization opportunities that elevate operational standards and the customer experience.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of the boutique, overseeing stock, logistics, after-sales, administration, maintenance, and security processes. You will work closely with the management team to optimize operational efficiency, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in high-volume retail operations.
• Advanced English.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations Manager, Stock Manager, or operational management roles within the retail sector, preferably in premium or luxury environments.
• Solid experience in inventory management, logistics, store operations, and process control.
• Strong business orientation and understanding of the impact of operations on commercial results.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical profile, problem-solving oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with different areas of the organization.
• Communication and influence skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
