What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in generalist HR positions, HRBP, or similar, in the construction and/or manufacturing industry sector.
Advanced level of English (C1) is essential
Solid knowledge of labor legislation, labor relations, and administrative personnel management.
Experience working with managers and multidisciplinary teams.
Good level of communication, autonomy, judgment, and business orientation.

Nice to have

Experience in industrial, technical, construction, service environments, or growing companies is valued.

What you'll get

Permanent contract directly with the client.
Flexible schedule: Entry 8-9am and exit between 5pm and 6pm. Fridays until 2pm.
Hybrid model: 3-4 days on-site and 1-2 days of teleworking per week.

The role

We are looking for an HR Manager for a company specializing in the installation of insulation solutions. The professional will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's human resources policies.

What you'll do

Reporting to the international HRD (in English) and to the Managing Director of Spain, the person will lead one of the business units and will be responsible for:

Supporting the Management and managers in team management, organization, talent, and decision-making.
Actively participating in the implementation of Group strategies and procedures at a local level in Spain.
Leading and managing selection, onboarding, development, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Coordinating personnel administration, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.
Driving internal communication, culture, work climate, and engagement initiatives.
Supervising compensation, benefits, salary review, and organizational structure processes.
Participating in process improvement, digitalization, and HR indicator reporting projects.
Ensuring homogeneous, efficient, and close management of people throughout the organization

Currently, the scope of this business unit is approximately 20 people, but exponential growth is anticipated soon. The group's scope is 1500 people.
