The role

We are looking for an OpenShift, WS02, and Monitoring Technician (m/f/d) to join the technology team in the financial services sector in Madrid. This role will focus on the management and optimization of key technology platforms.

What you'll do

Manage and administer OpenShift and WS02 platforms.
Monitor the performance and availability of technology systems.
Implement improvements and optimizations on existing platforms.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to the technology infrastructure.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technology projects.
Ensure compliance with established quality and security standards.
Prepare technical documentation for implemented processes and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to other teams as needed.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

A degree or higher-level vocational training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of OpenShift and WS02 platforms.
Experience in monitoring technology systems.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on projects.
Familiarity with quality and security standards in technology environments.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
