What you'll do

As a Conversion Engineer Intern, you will be part of our team, driving operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency. From day one, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with our conversion team to adapt, optimize, and change processes and production lines to manufacture our various products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety.

  • Contribute to the strict compliance with Quality and Food Safety standards, People Safety, and Environmental Protection.

  • Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean - Six Sigma and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma).

Who are we looking for?

You are the ideal person if you have:

  • Academic Background: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Food, or similar).

  • Previous Experience (Not required): We value any previous experience in production plants, especially with a focus on continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be valued.

  • Tools and Languages: Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a high level of English (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proactive Attitude: Fast learning ability, initiative, excellent teamwork skills, and an open mind to face new experiences.

  • Key Skills: Effective communication at all levels, motivation, listening skills, creativity, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
