  • Business acumen: a deep understanding of how a snacking business works; from pricing and promotions to customer profitability and channel dynamics
  • Resilience and ownership: you'll operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You take ownership of your deliverables and keep the team on track, even when things get busy
  • Integrity: sound judgement in all decisions, aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations

The role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

We're looking for a Manager Commercial Finance to join our Iberia Commercial Finance team in Spain. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance and commercial strategy, and you'll be the senior financial partner that our sales organization relies on to drive smarter decisions, stronger controls, and better business outcomes.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager Iberia, and as the most experienced member of a close-knit team of three, you'll lead the financial partnership with multiple sales leads across Spain, each managing key customer accounts. You'll own the financial dimensions of Customer Business Plans, lead the month-end close process for your accounts, and ensure that the company's financial objectives are met and our policies are respected at every step.

You'll be the trusted adviser for all things financial for your sales partners. Your ability to translate complex financials into clear, actionable guidance will help them make better-informed decisions and will make a real difference to the business. This role also carries a broader dimension: you'll represent the Iberia Commercial Finance team in cross-functional and international projects, bringing financial rigor and commercial perspective to strategic customer initiatives.

While this is not a people management role, your two junior colleagues will look to you for guidance, coordination, and mentoring. You'll set the pace, share your knowledge, and help them grow, while ensuring the team delivers as one.

What you'll do

You will:

  • Be the senior finance partner to the sales team in Spain: own and develop Customer Business Plans by account, ensuring financial assumptions are robust and aligned with company targets. Guide sales leads through the financial impact of their commercial decisions, challenge where needed, and help them understand the P&L impacts of their decisions
  • Lead the month-end close for your accounts: ensure timely, accurate reporting of customer-level financials, deliver clear variance analysis, and proactively flag risks and opportunities to the business
  • Drive compliance and controls across the sales function: enforce pricing protocols, data visibility rules, and accrual policies.
  • Lead quarterly reviews with sales managers to keep margins on track and ensure full compliance with company policies
  • Play a key role in planning and forecasting: contribute significantly to the Annual Contract (AC) planning process, rolling forecasts, and target development, working closely with the broader Commercial Finance and FP&A teams to deliver robust, insight-driven plans
  • Represent Iberia in cross-functional and international projects: act as the finance point of contact for strategic customer initiatives, working with central teams to develop and execute financial strategies for key accounts
  • Coordinate, mentor, and motivate the team: as the senior member of a team of three: set standards, share expertise, and help your junior colleagues develop their skills and confidence.
  • Coordinate workload and priorities to ensure the team delivers consistently
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify opportunities to make processes faster and smarter - from reporting to planning to controls - and bring ideas to the table
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager: from pricing deep-dives to promotional impact assessments and strategic scenario modelling
