Requirements

What we're looking for

You have studies related to automotive engineering;
You have previously worked in automotive workshops, automotive technical knowledge is ESSENTIAL;
Experience in official dealerships (aftersales);
Experience managing automotive / industrial vehicle warranties;
Experience in data analysis and management in Excel (PowerBI is a plus)
You consider yourself a person with excellent communication skills, analytical capacity, and organization.

The role

The main objective of our future collaborator is to ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee compliance with the warranties and service standards established by the manufacturer.

What you'll do

The functions you will perform in your day-to-day are the following: 

Receive and manage warranty claims submitted by the brand's dealerships and authorized workshops;
Verify the validity of claims and ensure they comply with the warranty terms and conditions;
Maintain clear and effective communication with the brand's network of dealerships and authorized workshops to explain the claims process and provide updates on warranty status;
Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff to evaluate and diagnose problems covered by the warranty and/or maintenance and repair contracts;
Maintain detailed and organized records of all warranty claims, including relevant documentation such as invoices, diagnostic reports, and photos;
Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and manufacturer requirements.
