In this context, we offer a position as Residential Property Sales Technician

What you'll do

Identification of the potential market.
Direct negotiation with potential clients and/or the installer channel.
Management and follow-up of the portfolio of installations companies acquired.
Follow-up of contracts until commissioning.
Definition of new products and commercial policy regarding the potential market.
Definition of commercial plans for installation companies or geographical areas.
Search for or detection of new commercial channels or commercial opportunities.
Management of projects and commercial agreements.
Budgetary control of specific commercial actions or projects.
Resolution of commercial claims from the installer channel.
Personalized attention to installers, maintenance companies, engineering firms, marketers, developers, architecture firms, professional associations, public bodies, and prescribers to maximize the acquisition of supply points.
