The role

Contract type: Temporary for medical leave replacement (estimated duration of 3 to 6 months)

We are looking for a Fleet Analyst to join the team and provide support to the operations, sales, and commercial management areas. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational processes, performing business analysis and forecasting, as well as ensuring the correct monitoring of operations related to the fleet and customers.

What you'll do

Preparation and monitoring of technical reports and forecasts.
Management and coordination of tenders and bids.
Support for Direct Sales Operations Back Office, including:
- Order management.
- Transport coordination.
- Delivery monitoring.
- Incident resolution and management.
Support for Marketing activities, such as:
- CRM actions and campaigns.
- Review and control of creative materials.
- Updating and maintenance of catalogs.
Analysis and monitoring of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
Management of price protection processes.
Administration and maintenance of information in Salesforce, including:
- Lead management.
- Monitoring of commercial opportunities.
- Registration and monitoring of sales.
- Creation and updating of accounts and contacts.

Requirements

Previous experience in analysis, commercial operations, sales administration, fleet management, or similar roles.
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel (essential).
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
