The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company specialized in engineering and integral solutions within the electric mobility sector, which is currently looking for an E-Bike Sales Technician to join their team on a permanent basis and lead a new phase of commercial growth and product development.

What you'll do

The selected person will have a hybrid role between commercial management, business development, and technical product knowledge, acting as a key figure in the growth and consolidation of the company's commercial area.

Maintenance and development of client portfolio, acquisition of new commercial opportunities, and closing sales within the specialized channel.
Consultative commercial management, negotiation with clients and distributors, commercial reporting, and coordination with marketing for lead generation.
Technical advice on product, participation in the improvement and development of e-bikes, monitoring of sector trends, and support in testing, events, and national and international trade fairs.
Identification of new business lines and detection of growth opportunities within the electric mobility market.
Management and follow-up of strategic clients, guaranteeing close attention and a brand experience aligned with the company's positioning.
Carrying out product demonstrations and providing technical-commercial accompaniment during the sales process.
Market, competition, and trend analysis to provide improvements and new commercial proposals.
Cross-functional collaboration with different departments to optimize product, service, and customer experience.
