What we're looking for

Minimum required training: High School Diploma or Higher Degree in Administration and Finance. Having a university degree will be positively valued.
Good command of the Office suite. A high level as a user of Excel and Word is necessary.

The role

Your mission is to support your immediate superiors in achieving the objectives established for the organizational unit into which you are integrated, developing activities of an administrative nature, internal and/or external customer service, telephone assistance, and any other support tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the work processes in which you intervene, in accordance with the procedures defined for your organizational unit and the guidelines and instructions of your immediate superiors.

What you'll do

Provide personalized service (via telephone and other means) to the Company's suppliers, to resolve as many issues as may arise.
Follow up on pending supplier tasks, managing incidents so that the service is carried out within the established service levels.
Maintain the on-call schedule and supplier availability for the correct assignment of professionals.
Perform administrative work related to the different management tools and applications.
