At Palex, we are looking to hire an Assistant for the Hospital Area, who will provide administrative and organizational support to the Sales and Marketing teams of the different units within the area.

We are looking for an organized, versatile person with a proactive attitude, who enjoys working in a team and wants to contribute to the smooth running of commercial activity.

You will be a key figure in the day-to-day operations of the Hospital Area, facilitating the activity of the Sales and Marketing teams through agile administrative management, good coordination, and effective attention to the needs of different stakeholders.

• Organization and coordination: planning of visits and trips, calendar management, and the convening and preparation of meetings.
• Administrative management: contact with suppliers, invoice management, and coordination of visits by international suppliers to Spain.
• Support to commercial teams: facilitation of market data, sending of product samples, and preparation and sending of documentation to clients.
• Systems and data management: product registration in SAP, updating market structure information, managing changes in price lists, and unlocking orders.
• Relationship with the hospital environment: contact with the Administration of hospital centers to facilitate tasks linked to commercial activity.
