Your main functions will be: Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all rooms and common areas meet the hotel's cleaning and presentation standards. Assign daily tasks to the cleaning staff, organizing work efficiently and based on the hotel's occupancy priorities. Perform regular inspections of rooms and public areas to verify the quality of work and take corrective measures when necessary. Collaborate with the reception and maintenance departments to coordinate room status and manage any required issues or repairs. Provide continuous guidance and training to the cleaning team, ensuring they understand and follow the hotel's hygiene, safety, and sustainability policies. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring their correct replenishment and avoiding unnecessary waste. Attend to and resolve guest complaints or requests related to room cleaning or maintenance. Inform the Housekeeping Manager about the general status of the rooms and any relevant incidents to guarantee an optimal experience for guests. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, ensuring effective communication within the housekeeping team. We value experience, but above all attitude and the desire to work!
