Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Data Science, or similar technical degrees.
Experience of 2 to 3 years in positions related to Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling.
Knowledge of Tableau for the development of dashboards and visualization solutions.
Experience with Python, especially in data analysis and transformation using pandas.
Experience working with cloud data storage environments, preferably Snowflake.
Minimum English level B2.
Analytical, problem-solving, organized profile with attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

Knowledge of dbt and application development with Streamlit will be highly valued.

The role

At Palladium Hotel Group we are looking to bring a BI Executive into our Data & Analytics team at our corporate offices in Madrid.

We are looking for a profile with a solid technical foundation, analytical capacity, and business orientation, who will participate in the development of end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, from data modeling and transformation to its visualization and exploitation for decision-making.

What you'll do

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Tableau, guaranteeing their performance, usability, and adaptation to business needs.
Design and develop data applications with Python and Streamlit, facilitating access to and exploitation of relevant information.
Extract, transform, and analyze data using advanced SQL on Snowflake.
Participate in the development and maintenance of data transformation models with dbt, ensuring their quality, consistency, and documentation.
Perform ad hoc analysis and identify trends, improvement opportunities, and insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with different business areas to understand their needs and transform them into analytical solutions.
Define, monitor, and analyze key business indicators (KPIs).
Automate reporting and analysis processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
Guarantee the quality, reliability, and consistency of data, participating in information governance and standardization initiatives.
Document developed solutions and contribute to the evolution of the company's analytical environment.
