The role

What you'll do

Lead, motivate and develop the new vehicle sales team.

Define and monitor sales targets, action plans and forecasts.

Manage daily sales activity: leads, quotes, orders and deliveries.

Oversee the CRM and ensure customer follow-up and loyalty.

Control the profitability of operations: margins, financing and associated services.

Coordinate the relationship with the aftersales, administration and stock management departments.

Take part in sales initiatives, events and local campaigns.

Report results and improvement proposals to Management.
