Bodywork and Claims Advisor

Joining a premium-level body shop with a consolidated team.

A position with real responsibility and technical autonomy.

Remuneration: Between €30,000 and €33,000 Gross per year (Also negotiable depending on experience)

Inspect accidented vehicles, document damages with photographs, and decide whether to repair or replace.

Prepare estimates and assessments using valuation tools (Audatex, GT Motive, or others).

Review insurance company assessments and detect omitted operations, insufficient times, or parts not included.

Manage and justify extensions and supplements for hidden damages, providing evidence and measurements.

Coordinate visits from external adjusters and technically defend the repairs and budgeted times.

Monitor the repair process to ensure that the work executed corresponds to what was authorized.

Keep files and the traceability of each repair organized, and pass the necessary documentation to administration for invoicing.

Inform the customer about the status of their vehicle and the procedures.

Work in a coordinated manner with the bodywork manager and with administration, and prepare reports on requested, approved, and pending supplements.
