The role

Personal 7 is part of the Constant Group, a business group with over 35 years of experience in the sector. We work with established companies and offer well-organized jobs with clear conditions from the start.

We are not just looking for someone to manage documentation; we are looking for an organized, meticulous, and consistent person, with experience in the insurance sector, who is comfortable working with defined processes, a clear structure, and team support.

We are currently looking to bring in an experienced back office administrative with insurance experience for one of our clients located in Parque Empresarial La Carpetania (Getafe).

What you'll do

  • Management and review of documentation related to policies and claims
  • Validation and document control in client systems
  • Indexing and filing of emails and files
  • Verification and cross-referencing of administrative data
  • Monitoring the status of files

How you'll work

  • Temporary contract of 3 months, with possibility of renewal
  • Real possibility of becoming a permanent member of the team
  • Full-time
  • Schedule: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Salary according to the interprofessional minimum wage (SMI).

Requirements
