The role
At Bed's (Pikolin Group), we are looking for a Management Controller to join our finance team.
Are you passionate about financial analysis and business strategy? Are you someone who enjoys turning data into useful business information? Are you motivated to look beyond accounting figures, analyze what is really happening, detect inefficiencies, and bring analytical judgment to the table?
We are looking for an analytical profile, focused on data and indicator analysis. You will join a collaborative team where your technical role will be key to bringing rigor, analyzing cost items, and facilitating the analysis needed for decision-making.
Your mission: Provide analytical value and support in management control
As a Management Controller, you will provide operational and technical support in cost analysis, budget monitoring, and management P&L review, working closely with the rest of the team on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll do
Budgets and Business Plan: Support in preparing, compiling data, and monitoring annual budgets and the company's Business Plan.
Budget control: Daily support in monitoring departmental spending and identifying variances against the budget.
Management P&L closing: Monthly support in reviewing the management profit and loss statement, helping to compare and validate analytical information.
Efficiency and cost optimization: Operational analysis of cost items to help identify efficiency and savings opportunities.
