As part of our team, you will directly contribute to the development of solutions that make a difference. Your main responsibilities will include:
Define commercial strategies, as well as plan the resources (personnel and economic budget) required in their area of influence to meet commercial objectives.
Plan and carry out visits and contacts with key clients (large national accounts) and participate in the forums agreed upon in the commercial strategy.
Collaborate in business development through the achievement of agreements situated within a global framework.
Perform both collective and individual monitoring of the commercial plan to know the degree of fulfillment of the defined actions and/or strategies.
Design and supervise the area's dashboard of indicators (KPIs), as well as the introduction and registration of actions in the area's management system (CRM).
Share internally with the responsible departments the needs detected from clients, as well as market evolution.
Participate in the design of Power Electronics strategies at a product level and in the promotion and positioning of the brand.
Build and maintain a sales network, recruiting, training, and motivating the team to facilitate the achievement of results.
Perform follow-up with newly hired personnel in positions with direct reporting lines.
Evaluate the performance and achievement of their direct reports.
Perform all those tasks entrusted by their immediate supervisor, both associated with their area and linked to other departments, to ensure the correct development of the work.
