The role

We are looking to incorporate a Recruitment Technician into our HR Department to be part of a multidisciplinary and adaptive team, oriented towards providing the best service and support.
What you'll do
The selected person will be responsible for:
- Draft and publish job offers on different portals and perform CV screening in high-volume processes.
- Carry out the recruitment and evaluation of candidates (telephone, video call, and/or in-person interviews).
- Request the necessary documentation to formalize hires.
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to ensure the correct coverage of vacancies within the established timeframes.
- Monitor processes, keeping the involved parties informed.
- Keep the candidate database and records in HR management tools up to date.

Requirements
- University studies in Psychology/Pedagogy.
- Adaptive profile with good teamwork management.
- Organized person, with the ability to work under pressure facing high workloads
- Minimum of one year of experience in managing mass recruitment processes.
- High proficiency in IT tools.
- Master's degree or Postgraduate studies are valued.
