We are looking for an M&A and Corporate Development Analyst/Associate to join our M&A team.
What you'll do
Within the inorganic business growth team, and working hand in hand with our Business Development Director, your responsibilities will be:
Performing tasks both in opportunity origination (opportunity analysis, first contact, visits, etc.) and execution (analysis, documentation, etc.)
Building relationships with the companies visited
Performing financial and business analysis of companies
Drafting and negotiating letters of intent
Coordinating the various Due Diligence processes
Providing support in the closing of the operation
