What we're looking for
What are we looking for in you? 🔍
You are a good person.
You work with autonomy and take responsibility for your projects from start to finish.
You have more than 5 years of experience in React and Python/Django.
You have great knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as PostgreSQL databases.
You have experience with TypeScript.
You have knowledge of APIs, reliability, and CI/CD systems.
You have experience writing tests (PyTest, Vitest, React Testing Library). E2E with Playwright is a plus.
You are used to working with GitHub and Jira.
You are AI First: AI is your means to create code, always based on your judgment and under your control. Not because you don't know how to do it better, but because it gives you a 10x boost in speed.
You speak Spanish perfectly and have a technical level of English.
You have knowledge of agile methodology, you are aligned with the principles of iterative and incremental product construction, and you are used to working with one of its frameworks (Scrum, Kanban...).
Nice to have
Knowledge of infrastructure, such as AWS, will be positively valued.
Experience with asynchronous tasks (Celery, Redis), FastAPI, or hexagonal architecture will be valued.

The role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our Tech team.
What you'll do
What would your role be? 📋
As a Fullstack Developer, you will not only develop technology: you will be a key piece in building the future of Qida.
You will develop end-to-end: backend in Python, Django and Django REST Framework on top of PostgreSQL, and frontend in React and TypeScript. APIs, data models, and screens used by real people to serve real families.
You will bring AI to production: you will integrate our AI agents for caregiver selection and staffing and build functionalities with LLMs, measuring their quality so that the AI does not hallucinate.
You will be the owner of what you build, from refinement to seeing it work in production. We deploy to production every week, using feature flags and peer code reviews.
You will drive the development of applications that not only respond to the roadmap, but challenge it, enrich it, and move it forward from a critical, collaborative, and value-oriented perspective.
You will be a driver of change in the organizational implementation of those solutions, connecting technology, business, and people, and you will help build a scalable, agile, and human structure.
