We are currently looking for staff for our People department (temporary replacement)

• Posting job offers on job portals, professional networks, and internal channels.
• CV screening and pre-selection of candidates.
• Conducting telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Application of competency-based interviews and assessment tools (tests, dynamics, etc., depending on level).
• Preparation of candidate reports and recommendations for the requesting areas.
• Coordination of interviews with managers.
• Communication with candidates throughout the entire process (candidate experience).
• Administrative management of job offers, onboardings, and rejections.
• Support in the preparation of the annual training plan.
• Prioritization of training actions aligned with business objectives.
• Logistical organization of training actions (calls, registrations, materials, classrooms, providers).
• Coordination with internal and external trainers.
• Monitoring of attendance and participation.
• Administrative management of documentation so that the corporate office can claim training subsidies.
• Coordination with universities, vocational training centers, or other educational entities.
• Management of internship agreements and associated documentation.
• Planning of onboarding and completion calendars.
• Coordination of onboarding and assignment of tutors.
• Acting as a point of contact between the student, internal tutor, and training center.
• Agile and professional handling of inquiries, requests, and internal client incidents.
• Basic advisory to managers on best practices for selection, onboarding, and development.
• Collaboration with other HR technicians (personnel administration, OHS, etc.).
