What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related studies)
Experience with commercial profiles and sales teams.
You can reside anywhere nationally, with availability to travel 3 days a week through the northwest zone (Castilla y León, Basque Country, Aragon, Zaragoza and Navarra); we will provide you with a company vehicle, Sodexo card and all necessary resources.
Experience in using WorkDay and Microsoft Office will be valued.

The role

At Verisure we are looking to hire a People Technician for our Sales area.

Execute, implement and ensure processes and measures that improve sales force satisfaction, consolidation, efficiency, and people development to guarantee growth and good performance.

What you'll do

Working actively to improve the day-to-day of our commercial force, through closeness and understanding of their reality
Plan staff structuring, growth needs and external talent acquisition in the assigned area
Ensure the quality of selection processes to guarantee the satisfaction of our candidates and participate when necessary
Guarantee the registration and monitoring of the selection funnel, NPS of discarded candidates and the rest of the onboarding process tasks with the objective of proposing improvements
Maintain records, update information and collect statistical reports related to employees through WD
Plan and carry out orientation for new employees and thus foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives
Accompany managers and specialists in the underperformance process, to help the commercial structure to be more efficient and thus guarantee their stay in the company for as long as possible
Guarantee and manage the Talent Pool of the Territorial Management, analyzing the needs of each profile to design employee development based on established competencies
Perform and manage promotion processes and competency-based interviews for the correct fulfillment of the mobility policy and the career plan within their geographic area of operation
Manage and advise during offboarding processes for employees and conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for termination
Provide information on policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries, promotion opportunities and employee benefits
Advise managers on organizational policy matters
Support different processes of other departments: communication, ER, personnel, people, administration
