The role

ALDI and Randstad are joining forces in the search for the best talent. We are currently looking for a Warehouse and Samples Administrator profile.

What you'll do

Functions:

Receive, store, classify, and organize received product samples, making them available to the responsible teams according to established needs and deadlines.
Identify possible incidents or non-conformities in received samples and relay them to the appropriate contact for follow-up.
Classify samples eligible for donation to non-profit organizations, in accordance with established internal procedures.
Keep the space designated for sample storage organized, performing periodic inventory checks and ensuring proper rotation and preservation of products.
Physically visit ALDI stores and competitor stores in order to acquire the samples needed for subsequent management, analysis, and presentation.
Gather the necessary information through visits to ALDI stores as well as competitor stores.
Compile the samples requested within their area of responsibility and make them available to the interested teams, according to the agreed timeline and format.
Transport, set up, and display products for Showrooms following the relevant instructions.
Collaborate in the preparation of the different product displays.

Requirements

Higher Vocational Training related to Logistics and Transport, International Trade, Warehouse Management, Sales and Retail Management, or similar.
Previous experience in warehouse and goods receiving functions, sample management, shelf replenishment, order preparation, or logistics support positions is valued.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to coordinate different requests and priorities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining constant coordination with different internal teams.
A valid B driver's license is essential.
