The role

Do you have experience in financial administration and are you looking for a position where you can work autonomously and continue developing?

What you'll do

Issuing, receiving, and recording invoices.
Managing domestic, intra-community, and export billing.
Bank reconciliations.
Administrative follow-up with suppliers and clients.
Preparing and reviewing documentation for external advisory firms.
Support with accounting closings and account reviews.
Preparing reports and cash flow statements.
Document management and support for the head of the financial area.

Requirements

Training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial roles.
Knowledge of invoicing and accounting management.
Knowledge and experience in using the SII (Immediate Supply of Information) system.
Knowledge of tax documentation related to VAT, personal income tax, corporate tax, and Intrastat.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
A B1–B2 level of English is valued.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Benefits and conditions

Direct hiring by the company.
Salary between €22,000 and €26,000 gross per year, depending on experience and knowledge.
Full-time position with a continuous schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
