The role

At Randstad, we are looking to select an Administrator to join Mapfre Inversiones - Operaciones Transaccionales, at their offices in Majadahonda, through a temporary contract for substitution of IT plus holidays.

What you'll do

The mission of the position will be:

Ensure the integrity, quality, and regulatory adequacy of data and investment client files, managing the processes of onboarding, maintenance, and regularization of accounts and documentation, coordinating the activity of external providers, and providing support to control, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Functions:

Review, validation, and documentary management of registrations and activations of securities accounts with documentary support. (Legal Entities, Non-residents, etc.)

Maintenance and updating of personal data and associated bank accounts.

Registration, issuance, and control of Mapfre Inversión certificates.

Coordination, monitoring, and control of outsourced activities.

Management of client remediation processes, especially legal entities.

Digitization, custody, and documentary control.

Attention to internal and external audit requirements.

Liaison with the commercial network for the rectification of incidents and obtaining documentation and information.

Support for regulatory and tax obligations (FATCA/CRS).

Requirements

Required education

Studies: Training in the financial field

Digital competencies: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office365 and ease in using other tools and applications.

Other knowledge: We will positively value knowledge in corporate, patrimonial, civil, and commercial law, …

Experience

Minimum previous experience of 2 years in the financial sector (investment service companies, banks, savings banks, …)
