Requirements

What we're looking for

Fluent command of English, essential for maintaining direct communication with the manager.

Fluent handling of PC and Microsoft 365 systems.

Immediate start in the position.

Reside near the workplace and have a car for commuting.

Nice to have

We will positively value previous experience in administrative or management assistance positions.

We will value knowledge related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).

What you'll do

Provide direct support and assistance to management (Assistant Manager).

Perform the daily management and administrative tasks requested by the manager.

Perform duties within the environment of a client's construction site, located in the port.

How you'll work

Monday to Friday work schedule.

Stable schedule from 8:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour break for lunch.

Temporary contract to cover medical leave.
