Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience resolving customer tickets

Excellent written communication, ability, and agility to manage a high volume of tickets consisting of customer inquiries and incidents

Empathy, attention to detail and to the customer, and good handling of office tools and email.

Nice to have

Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Italian, and Portuguese) will be valued
