The role

What you'll do

Develop and maintain the assigned portfolio of Points of Sale to meet the objectives of the plan, penetration, and market share by reference.
Conduct market prospecting and acquisition of new Points of Sale in the assigned geographic area, focusing on volume and price.
Ensure the budgeted volume and price for your role and propose its annual update.
Make differential proposals based on the specific needs of the client and their segment.
Know and provide internal feedback to the client about competitors' actions and their impact on the segment.
Conduct market prospecting, acquire new Points of Sale, and also maintain and develop them.
Build loyalty among Points of Sale through meetings and value-based conversations based on the use of information available in Sherpa.
