Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leadership and floor dynamization: Coordinating, supervising, and motivating a team of telephone sales commercial agents in their daily operations.
KPI and objective monitoring: Monitoring key performance metrics in real time (conversion ratios, closures, management times, and productivity).
Coaching and support: Performing call listening, constructive feedback, sales clinics, and continuous improvement plans to maximize the team's sales.
Operational resolution: Managing technical or product doubts on the floor, attendance control, shifts, and daily incident resolution.
Reporting: Periodic preparation and presentation of activity reports, deviations, and results to the campaign management.
