Proven experience as a First-Class Administrative Clerk, with a very positive valuation for having worked in Industrial Engineering companies, construction, or related technical sectors.

Key competencies: Organized person, with great attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills.

Computer skills: Fluent use of office tools (Excel) and accustomed to using management programs (ERP), as well as accounting knowledge.

Proximity to the company is valued.

Fluency in languages is valuable.

Premium Schedule and Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday (All year): From 08:00 AM to 13:45 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Spring/Summer Fridays (May to October): Intensive day until 2:00 PM to enjoy a long weekend! Winter Fridays (November to April): Day until 5:00 PM.

Full Month of August: Intensive morning shift from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM to make the most of the summer!

Management of the commercial cycle: Control, supervision, and comprehensive monitoring of purchasing and sales processes (order management, invoicing, delivery notes, and coordination with internal departments).

Attention and loyalty of stakeholders: Reception and management of direct communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring a professional, agile, and high-quality service.

Core administration: Global support in the company's daily administrative tasks, document archiving, and incident reporting.

Accounting: Management of the complete financial cycle, recording the purchase of raw materials and the sale of industrial products. Likewise, strict control of production costs, inventory in stock, and the depreciation of heavy machinery. Ensure compliance with tax obligations and optimize cash flow through the control of collections, payments, and cash flows.
