The role

What you'll do

  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates, providing them with updated information and feedback at each stage of the process.
  • Meeting weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop a pool of eligible candidates in the areas of logistics, industry, and skilled trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
  • Researching industry trends and providing information about operational and temporary workers to support the growth and competitive advantage of our clients.
  • Assisting in preparing materials for client presentations and interaction activities.
  • Processing contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with industrial regulatory frameworks.
  • Preparing and presenting periodic reports on hiring progress and client satisfaction to Operational Talent managers.
  • Supporting basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring data accuracy for the sales process. Grade Description
