Receptionist / Billing Administrator (English required)

Previous experience: At least 1 or 2 years in reception, customer service, or general administration duties.

Billing: Experience or practical knowledge in the issuance and control of invoices.

Digital competencies: Fluent use of office tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Interpersonal skills: High communication skills, friendly manner, proactivity, and great organizational capacity.

Customer and supplier service: Management of the telephone switchboard, handling of corporate email, and in-person reception of visitors and suppliers.

Billing management: Issuance, registration, verification, and control of both customer and supplier invoices.

General administrative support: Filing of documentation, management of courier/postal mail, and everyday office administrative tasks.
