Do you have experience in invoicing and administration and are you looking for a continuous working day? At Randstad we are selecting an Invoicing Administrator for immediate start.
Issuing and full management of invoicing: preparation of invoices, delivery notes, credit notes and corrective invoices.
Treasury management: control, monitoring and reconciliation of collections and payments.
General administrative tasks: document registration, filing and basic accounting support.
Daily use of office tools and internal management software (ERP).
Attractive working day and hours (continuous morning shift):
Monday to Thursday: from 08:00 to 16:00.
Friday: from 08:00 to 14:00 (enjoy the weekend early!).
Contract: Initial 6-month contract through Randstad ETT, with real possibilities of subsequent permanent employment with the user company through an indefinite contract.
