The role

At an important multinational leader in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for a Project Configuration and Demand Management Manager to join our team in Tajonar.

Your main mission will be crucial to the company's success: you will be the key piece connecting engineering with the supply chain, establishing the structure of each wind project in SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and ensuring that material demands are correctly integrated on time and in proper form from the pBOM transferred from PLM.

What you'll do

Configuration Management in SAP PS: Parameterization, creation and maintenance of WBS structures (PEP).

pBOM Management: Loading the pBOM and releasing the demand for wind farm components in the corresponding ERP (SAP ECC / S/4HANA).

Deadline Control: Loading and keeping Pick Up dates up to date.

International Logistics Management: Loading and maintenance of the mBOM in the Procurement Plan application for the NAC production modules in China.

Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide technical support, define and execute ERP processes adapted to the particularities of each project.

Testing Phase: Definition and active participation in testing new processes within the scope of GIE PS Demand Management.

Requirements

Experience: Around 2 years of previous experience in procurement or Supply Chain functions.

Bilingual English (ESSENTIAL): Very fluent proficiency level (C1/C2). It will be used daily and a level test will be carried out at the interview.

Education: University degree such as ADE (Business Administration), Engineering, or a Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Key Competencies: Agile, sharp person with a great attitude and willingness to work.

Mobility: Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) to travel to the Barásoain industrial estate (near Pamplona), as public transport is limited.

SAP Use: Positively valued, but not an excluding requirement.
