🎁 What do we offer?
💼 Permanent contract.
⏰ 40-hour weekly schedule with a split shift (lunch and dinner).
💰 Salary according to Collective Agreement: €24,000 gross per year + monthly concepts generated (night shifts, overtime...)
💸 More variable pay based on achieving objectives.
🌴 2 days off per week.

🙋🏻♂️ We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar. Does that sound good to you?
🎯 Your mission will consist of leading the operations, the team, and the restaurant's results, being the example and point of reference for the team. You will set the pace and ensure that everything comes out perfect.
✅ Guaranteeing the best experience for the customer, taking care of the quality of service and the restaurant's image.
✅ Leading, training, and developing your team, accompanying them in their growth.
✅ Organizing the restaurant's operations: schedule planning (Mapal), incident management, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.
✅ Managing weekly orders, stock, and monthly inventories.
✅ Analyzing the restaurant's results: monitoring sales, costs, and customer satisfaction (Cover Manager).
✅ Ensuring compliance with our quality and safety standards.
