- Degree or Higher Level Training in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, International Commerce or similar.

- Intermediate Office package skills.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector.

- Communication skills and team management (team made up of 5 people).

Nice to have

- Desirable B2 level in English (spoken and written).

The role

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus we are looking for a Sales Manager at our branch in El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).

Your mission is to optimize commercial processes in order to increase commercial effectiveness and productivity, following the local and global strategies of the company in Spain, and ensuring the proper functioning of the department, following the model established by the National Sales Management.

What you'll do

- Optimize commercial processes.

- Represent the company's interests internally.

- Organize and plan the department.

- Control commercial operations.

- Carry out the study, projection, and control of new traffic lines.

- Carry out the compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

- Collect evidence of the effectiveness and compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

- Communicate jointly with Management and the National Sales Management regarding sales objectives.

- Contact Marketing & Communication for the preparation of mailings, monitoring and control of responses, customer satisfaction surveys, monitoring and results management.

- Support the Tender team in local and international projects.

- Control customer assignments and de-assignments at the end of each fiscal year.
