At this time, we are looking to incorporate into Sabadell our future Solutions and AI & Data Architect to join the Solutions Architecture area, promoting high-impact solutions within the bank.

Let's talk about the project...

Their role is circumscribed to the AI and Data Architecture domain and has the primary objective of protecting the correct applicability of said architecture in the development projects undertaken by the bank.

The Solutions Architecture area is responsible for creating the designs for the bank's most important projects, and will collaborate with the rest of the Solutions Architects from the other domains in their unit (systems and infrastructure) in the joint creation of said designs.

Designs and provides a global vision of the company's IT, creating a single global architecture of applications and technological systems upon which Business services rely. Simplifies IT governance and management by achieving demanded service levels, optimizing costs, and maximizing efficiency.

Among their most general functions will be:

• Being a reference in data solutions within the bank
• Development and review of data solution designs in strategic projects
• Governing and protecting the standardization of data solutions within the bank through the identification of patterns supported by the architecture
• Participating individually or through the coordination and supervision of the Solution Engineers assigned to their management
• Coordination with requesting areas, as well as with the rest of the Architecture teams, in order to deliver the solutions.
• Coordination with Architecture stakeholders, helping to identify additional capabilities to incorporate into the platform

Reviewing Architecture Solution Designs

• Evaluation of Proposals: Analyze and evaluate the solution designs proposed by the development teams to ensure they comply with the organization's architectural standards and principles.
• Conformity Validation: Verify that the designs are consistent with the technological strategy, the capabilities offered by the data architecture, and the business objectives.
• Risk Identification: Detect possible technical and implementation risks, and propose appropriate mitigations.

Identify How to Use the Architecture in Solutions

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that architectural solutions are aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
• Standardization of solutions through the definition and governance of integration or development patterns
• Resource Optimization: Identify opportunities to reuse existing components and services, thereby optimizing resources and reducing costs.
• Technological Innovation: Explore and recommend new technologies and approaches that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions.

Detect the Need for Evolutions in the Architectural Framework

• Continuous Monitoring: Perform constant monitoring of technological trends and business needs to identify areas for improvement in the architectural framework.
• Impact Analysis: Evaluate the impact of new technologies and changes in the business environment on the existing architecture.
• Help identify Architecture Platform capabilities to collaborate in its strategic planning.
